The Transformational Therapy Program (TTP) is an alternative to traditional, ongoing individual psychotherapy. Through a personalized 16-week program, a wholistic treatment plan is made followed by assistance in coordinating your Living Well Support Team, receiving intensive therapy, and improving mindfulness and intentionality through daily check-ins and progress tracking.

This program is ideal for individuals looking to achieve specific areas of growth within a time-limited, highly personalized and supported therapeutic setting.

Personalized Treatment Planning

First, a comprehensive values & goals assessment is done to provide a complete picture of your strengths & desired outcomes. An individualized program is then developed just for you. A treatment planning session is held with you to finalize your unique program & goals. In addition, a wholistic treatment referral list is developed to build your Living Well Support Team. Your TTP is designed to support you in finding your version of living well.

Psychotherapy

Following the Treatment Planning Assessment, 15 weeks of extended psychotherapy sessions are completed along with support in developing & coordinating your Living Well Support Team. Empirically-based techniques are utilized to achieve your desired life changes and outcomes. Psychotherapy sessions focus on your values & goals. Common additions in therapy sessions include practices in mindfulness, body awareness, breath work & guided meditation.

Daily Progress Tracking

Progress tracking is embedded into the program to ensure advancements are made toward your identified goals & value-driven markers for personal growth.  Throughout the program, support & encouragement are available to you through daily, brief, interactional check-ins with your therapist, called Daily Entries. Daily Entries are conveniently completed on your computer or phone through a confidential client portal.
